This position is located in Oklahoma City.

This position will be required to develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services for the KDC/KC-10 CLS Program. The responsibilities will also include preparation/review of bid packages, analyze and evaluate proposals, writing and negotiating subcontract provisions, and administration of current subcontracts.

Administration of current subcontracts includes negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. This position will require participation with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.

Applicant should have experience with frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards; general application of subcontracting concepts, and principles; and demonstrate the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.

Applicant should be able to conduct business under very general supervision.

Applicant requires good communication skills in order to interact frequently with peers, upper management and subcontractor team members of management.


Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of establishing and managing purchase order and managing warranties. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.

A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
