Post by Jobing - This person will provide timely and courteous services to the membership, including general account questions and problem resolution, loan applications and account maintenance. Maintains a working knowledge of all services, organizational policies and procedures and state and federal regulations; conducts transactions on member accounts accurately and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations; participates in BSA and Privacy Act training as required; provides IRA, Certificate of Deposit, and payroll deduction guidance to members; resolves problems that are somewhat complex requiring analysis of data and weighting of outcomes; interviews and councils members on their borrowing needs; reviews credit reports, income statements and other available resources to ensure an accurate loan decision. Attains and maintains knowledge of all credit union services to support cross–selling products and services to members. Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and one to three years of similar or related experience.
This position requires the ability to resolve problems that are somewhat complex, requiring analysis of data and weighing outcomes of decisions. They are generally similar in nature with previous precedent to draw upon. Decisions are generally focused on job specific questions, such as loan underwriting.
