Position is entry level position in customer service. The primary purpose of the position is to act as a communication mechanism between the central plant and the customer. The position primarily performs order processing functions required to service customers via phone, fax, email, web ,etc. The employee would also be expected to learn and perform other internal customer service functions.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
Position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years customer service experience.

Preferred Experience & Education:
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline is highly preferred.
