Ensures continued financial management by managing 1:1 Marketing budgets; determining the best spend through the year to support Member Relationship Management (MRM) strategies; determining overall return-on-investment expectations for strategies; and measuring results to determine if return-on-investment, sales, and membership expectations were met.
Develops and implements Membership Program Management (MRM) strategy, planning, and innovation to drive sales, membership, and member engagement of key segments by leading cross-functional planning; leading development of new marketing vehicles and initiatives; and developing, communicating, and implementing MRM programs.
Develops and manages key supplier partnerships on new and existing initiatives by serving as a direct point of contact for Membership Program Management (MRM) initiatives; collaborating with key stakeholders to develop key MRM programs; and negotiating and overseeing supplier budget allocations.
Drives Membership Program Management (MRM) operational plan development and execution for multiple agencies by ensuring they are producing work that reflects and communicates Sam's Club strategies and objectives; and working with agencies to develop strategic plans and goals for overall marketing calendar and specific campaigns.
Identifies business needs by analyzing, interpreting, and reacting to sales and membership data relative to segment goals; and developing strategic initiatives based on the data to drive growth in sales and membership.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Member Relationship Management by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and costeffectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 5 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or related field OR 8 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years experience in retail customer relationship management (CRM) in a large corporate environment.
4 years experience managing agency relationships.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years experience in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, or a related field.
3 years experience leading deployment of complex analytical customer relationship management (CRM) projects.
