Link Technologies is currently
looking for a qualified Technical Services Specialist for a contract to hire position
in Las Vegas, NV.


The Technical Services Specialist provides telephone based Tier 1 and
Tier 2 technical support for all XXX clients.
Activities include all aspects of customer service, swaps, plan changes
and technical support for all products and solutions provided by XXX. The
Technical Services Specialist also performs device staging and participates in
deployments under the direction of the XXX Project Managers. As a
customer-facing position, a Technical Services Specialist is expected to
represent the company in a calm, courteous, and professional manner at all

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform

Manage incoming customer support calls and complete the required

Perform customer service requests including but not limited to: swaps,
ports, plan changes, user name updates, billing support, coordinate
concessions, and warranty replacements.

Assist customers with phone setup, programming and provisioning.

Utilize all available Sprint systems for customer requests.

Track cases, including, dates, status, owner, problem description and
problem resolution in Salesforce.

Assist Project Managers with device staging, quality assurance testing
and deployment of devices for projects.

Required to meet or exceed all department Service Level Agreements

Travel as required to perform on-site Field-Ready deployment or other


High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1+ year in wireless technical support
field required.
