The Program Office Assistant will provide support for programs and conferences for the Professional Development & Conference Service division.
Primary responsibilities will include data entry in system database, creating spreadsheets and other documents, customer service, duplication and assimilation of program materials, filing, and general typing.
Additionally, the Program Office Assistant may provide on-site assistance at programs and conferences, transport materials to program/conference locations and drive UA vehicles, as well as other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Applicants must be familiar with the use of basic office equipment, and proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Software.
Applicants must have high-level skill in Microsoft Excel, and be able to create spreadsheets and update databases with proficiency and accuracy.
Applicants must be able to lift and transport heavy boxes and/or program related materials.
Applicants must be able to work part-time hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm.
Applicants must have a positive and helpful demeanor and enjoy working with people.
Additional Position Information:
