Install, administer, support, maintenance and documentation of Corporate Networks, Wireless and Data Centers.
Install, administer, support, maintenance and documentation of Corporate Firewalls & VPN’s.
Coordinate with Desktop Administration, Application Development & Help Desk Team Members to provide high levels of customer service to the IT Departments clients as needed.
Perform troubleshooting and resolution of Help Tickets for the associated systems.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
