This is a part time temporary on call position with no benefits associated with it.
Files and retrieves material in an established filing system.
Performs routine filing of material that has already been classified or which is easily classified in a simple serial classification system.
Scans paper documents for electronic files.
Locates readily available material in files and forwards material.
Selects appropriate methods from a wide variety of clerical procedures or makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task.
Posts and prepares simple records, as required.
Data entry and formalizing drafts into Word and Powerpoint electronic documents.
Edits existing electronic documetns in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus 0 to 2 years experience.
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products inlcuding, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Must be a team player
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to take direction from multiple leads and have basic prioritization skills.
