Regional Lab Equipment Sales ManagerAn exciting opportunity now exists to join NuAire! Due to growth of the company, we are establishing a new position for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Regional Lab Equipment Sales Manager to join our team in the Eastern US Region. Job DescriptionThis job will require the qualified candidate to provide leadership/guidance to all Independent Sales Representatives and maintain relationships with Architects, Bio-Safety Personnel, Facility Engineers, and Contractors. The Regional Lab Equipment Sales Manager duties may include but are not limited to: Work with sales force in a support capacity for key accounts Conduct periodic sales training Possess up-to-date knowledge of the laboratory equipment industry, with specific emphasis on NuAire competitors Spearhead the launch of new products in territories Work with Distributors of NuAire OEM products Maintain good working relationships with independent Service Organizations Attend Trade Shows in region Provide field contact with customers and dealers needing NuAire polypropylene casework and fume hoods Work with CRM based software systems
BS or BA degree required (Biology or Microbiology a plus) 5+ years of proven Sales / Sales Management experience required Background and thorough knowledge of Lab Equipment required Expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person') Technical aptitude in understanding and selling capital equipment 50-75% Travel requirement outside of the office/home Basic computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Team oriented professional who can thrive in a family-owned business NuAire Offers Industry competitive base salary plus bonus compensation structure Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance 401(k)+ company match Paid Holiday and Vacation Programs Tuition Reimbursement Here's YOUR opportunity to capitalize on a genuine career opportunity!
