To be considered, you will need:
A BS in Chemical, Mining, or Ceramic Engineering or other related technical degree
4+ years process improvement/process engineering experience in a manfacturing setting (the process is mainly continuous)
Track record of success in process improvement and cost reduction
Excellent communication skills and leadership ability
