GENERAL SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This sales role will be interacting with Small and Medium Business Customers, nationally, consulting, selling, and providing the solutions using the entire portfolio. Sales contacts will be generated through outbound/inbound/online customer interactions and traffic. Provides pre-sales support to the inside sales teams during the sales process. Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Develop and present executive presentations on the portfolio when needed
- Ability to assess, develop and implement to ensure growth within all business sectors and customer demographics
- Financial and Business Acumen to work with customer’s finance and business partners to ensure accuracy and comprehension to effectively manage relationship
- Role will focus on selling cloud solutions and services
- Ability to understand new technologies and portfolio and service offerings will be crucial as additions are added to the portfolio
- Ability to Coaching and Develop and clearly communicate to customer base to help effectively qualify our clientele and create needs that our portfolio can resolve
- Sales Specialists will be expected to identify gaps in customers solutions and service offerings and positioning us as their primary cloud and delivery engine
- This individual has knowledge in Cloud bases applications and services portfolio

- Minimum of 3 years prior Cloud, Hardware or Solutions Sales experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate providing total solutions offering
- Exhibits a broad based knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding
