JPMorgan Asset Management provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
The Global Liquidity Business distributes multi-currency money market funds and cash products through a broad range of internal and external distribution channels. Both packaged money market fund products and deposit accounts compete against our products. Our distribution model comprises USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, JPY, AUD, CNH and RMB denominated mutual fund products. We have sales people on the ground in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. We have a strong global business structure in place, including seamless U.S. and internationally domiciled global servicing capabilities.
In Delaware, the Global Liquidity team is represented through our service and operations groups. The client service and operations associates work with the sales team throughout the client on boarding process, providing client demonstrations of the online trading tool, the Global Cash Portal along with servicing the client on a day to day basis.
Within the service and operations structure of Global Liquidity, the business analyst will be responsible for global business reporting, marketing initiatives and risk mitigation activities. Key deliverables include the delivery of our business report, COO scorecard, weekly fund flow reporting, and management of the Control Self Assessment (CSA) and CSA process.
The analyst will be responsible for various operational initiatives that involve working with our external service providers. This includes managing year end tax reporting, W8 solicitation and renewal and the annual purge.
The analyst is expected to coordinate efforts across the various service centers, ensuring that key processes are being followed, identify gaps that may exist and ensure that new operating requirements are being met. Examples of responsibilities include reviewing key operating procedures, interpreting and applying the Global Funds Transfer Policy and maintaining workflows through the automated workflow tool.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to interpret large quantities of data are required
Advanced Excel skills and a working knowledge of Power Point
