The Investment Operations Sr. Analyst will actively help to support global operation initiatives through accurate, efficient, timely compiling and analyzing investment information. Responsible for the lifecycle of the investments including staying current with market practices and systems used to support all global initiatives.
Qualifications: Requires a college degree in finance, economics, accounting or business or equivalent.
3-5 years' experience within the industry (Investments and/or Investment operations).
Must have strong problem solving, analytical, and math skills, as well as be detail oriented.
Must have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and exercise flexibility when dealing with people.
Must have the ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently in a fast moving environment. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, delegate, and prioritize effectively.
Must possess strong business acumen and risk awareness.
Must have strong knowledge of PC and system capabilities/techniques (advanced excel, SQL, relational database experience).
Prior informal/formal leadership preferred.
