Description
o-Maintain master data strategy (i.e. cost centers, labor rates, activity types, etc.) required for time tracking in CATW/ALT CATW
o-Validate master data, interpret errors and drive corrective action; Submit change requests to enable master data objects
o-Advise others on master data issues and assist Finance and WBS leads as required
o-Investigate and define resolutions to issues affecting labor reports in CATW and Compass BW; Support BW business requirements development
o-Field questions on reporting; Support program initiatives by pulling adhoc reports from various data sources (CATW, BW, ED, etc.)
Qualifications
-Solid understanding of HP financial and reporting architecture ; Strong knowledge of HP standard master data elements, tools and processes
-SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting experience; Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
-Good communication skills; Self starter, quick learner and attention to details
-Prior experience of Compass BW, CATW, or legacy time tracking tools preferred ; Familiar with Enterprise Services, Quote to Cash, or Compass Business Transformation program a plus
