HDR is currently seeking an experienced Power Delivery Project Manager to join our nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals. This position will be located in Guam performing work for the Guam Power Authority for a minimum period of 3 years. This senior level position will serve as a technical lead with specialization in the area of substation, transmission and distribution line design as well as project management and client management. Performs complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures. This person will also serve as a key client contact and project manager on larger projects and will make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures; plan, organize, and supervise small to medium staff of professionals, technicians and third-party contractors.

Requirements
BSCE, BSME or BSEE
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
15+ years of transmission line and/or substation design experience preferred.
Specific experience performing all aspects of transmission and distribution line design (up to 115 kV) including: substation, transmission and distribution engineering/design, project cost estimates, specifications development, and other engineering documents required for power substation and transmission line projects.
Experience managing/mentoring staff and providing technical leadership.
Strong client and project management skills are required.
