Detailed Description We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates to join our growing transportation team!

Dispatch Clerk

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work alongside our transportation team to ensure proper picking and staging of merchandise to be delivered Provide the necessary documents for deliveries prior to departures, including ISTs and sale orders Check manifests for accuracy before deliveries Maintain daily communication with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed in a timely fashion. Manage FLEETWISE routing system Answer any inquiries via phone from customers/sales force Document truck arrival and departure times Monitor truck schedules on a daily basis Document incoming calls Making sure all trucks carrying cargo have departed Check and document all truck exteriors for compliance with Sleepy's rules and guidelines Verify documents for accuracy Clear, concise, written and verbal communications with fellow employees, as well as, customers and vendors Utilize computer programs such as GERS,LIS, and SIESTA and Fleetwise to complete transactions Document department activities by various methods such as logs, regular reports, exception reports, and emails File and maintain documents as needed Report all exceptions and errors found in documentation Perform accounting and other mathematical computations to ensure accuracy of delivery logs Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Driver Check-In Teller

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Finalize all delivered sales invoices in a timely manner and before a weekly deadline Settle cash drawer to ensure all payments received are posted Record and resolve any COD or return merchandise problem Print all documents associated with warehouse and transportation transactions Assist other departments such as Delivery Support, Dispatch, Customer Service, Customer Relations, and Accounting to resolve and balance discrepancies and missing/wrong merchandise information Assist in the training of drivers on correct check-in procedures in order to prevent and resolve common errors, as well as, how to trouble-shoot device issues Additional responsibilities based on facility location may include daily operations involving Agentek functions. Checking documents for accuracy Clear, concise, written and verbal communications with fellow employees, as well as, customers. Utilize computer programs such as LIS, Agentek and SIESTA to complete transactions Document department activities using methods such as regular reports, and emails File and maintain documents as needed Report all exceptions and errors found in documentation Perform accounting and other mathematical computations Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Agentek Clerk

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor usage and evaluate driver work methods while maintaining weekly driver production report spreadsheet Provide software training to drivers and staff Maintain a database of units to users and those that are in need of repair and/or out for repair Handle small hardware repair or replacement Diagnose and repair software issues Identify resource needs Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Ensure delivered invoices are both complete and accurate Additional responsibilities including Cintas Uniform; which may include reviewing weekly Cintas billing statement and uniform order statues with Cintas representative Maintain an up-to-date database of uniforms and uniform credits Provide weekly uniform compliance report to management Communicate performance information discreetly Proficiency in Excel as well as familiarity with data base systems and generating reports Check documents for accuracy Clear, concise, written and verbal communications with fellow employees, as well as, customers and vendors Utilizing computer programs such as GERS,LIS, and SIESTA and Fleetwise to complete transactions Document department activities by various methods such as logs, regular reports, exception reports, and emails File and maintaining documents as needed Report all exceptions and errors found in documentation Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Requirements Dispatch Clerk
Candidate must have excellent communication skills Bi-lingual a + Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems a plus Knowledge of GERS retail system a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft office Strong customer service skills Should be comfortable speaking with all different levels of management
Teller
Must have good math and excellent communication skills Bilingual a + Working knowledge of Microsoft office Strong customer service skills Agentek Representative

  • Prior technical support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bi-lingual a +
