Our company, Yampu Tours, is a well established tour company specializing in customizing trips to Latin America, Africa, India and SE Asia. We have offices in New York City and Stowe, VT. We are currently seeking to hire a professional at our head office in Stowe, VT to do the ultimate quality control of all our bookings and provide the absolute best post booking customer service to our clients.
Quality control of our bookings; land and air arrangements
Give final OK to all trip confirmations and make sure our P&L is adequate
Final proofing of client documents
Attend customer complaints
Knowledge of some GDS preferred (Specially Sabre)
Previous travel to some our destinations is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task are absolutely necessary
Excellent at Word, Excel
Good oral communication skills
Strong sense of honesty and loyalty to our company.
Knowledge of our destinations is preferable
Must work well independently as well as being a team player.
Minimum 2 years experience in quality control and customer service
Ideally Sabre experience (minimum 2 years).
