Perform support functions and participate in projects performed by the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Training & Development Team, including site responsibilities as well as global initiatives.
Schedule, assign, and enroll associates in training events, surveys, and courses.
Complete reporting, tracking, and logging of training programs and progress and maintaining employee progress reports and documentation.
Obtain training collateral from Training Director, Manager, Supervisors and ship collateral to designated sites.
Collect and provide new employee timesheets and miss-punch worksheets to Payroll Administrator.
Complete reporting, tracking, and logging of training programs and progress and maintain employee progress reports and documentation.
Provide support for projects performed by the ARM Training and Development Team.
Assist with new employee onboarding by collecting, sorting, verifying, and delivering HR paperwork to local HR Manager. Conduct building tours as part of new hire orientation.
Gather collector licenses and scan and send to Audit & Compliance department.
Proctor compliance testing and surveying. Report any observed issues or concerns to management.
Assist training staff with system checks and obtaining equipment for new hire training.
Responsible for observing training classes as assigned and provide feedback and support to trainers to ensure class engagement.
Copy and distribute training materials.
Update, publish training calendars, and org charts.
Proof-read training content.
Type training communications and publications as requested.
Assist with training system ID and password look ups.
Develop knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
Experience in a call center Collections, skiptracing and/or customer service/telesales experience preferred.
Previous training experience preferred.
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office; specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Must possess strong problem solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and take direction.
Ability to achieve all required deadlines.
Ability to be flexible and coordinate ad hoc requests.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
