Conductor is seeking SaaS Sales Representatives to evangelize & sell our market leading SEO Platform Product, Searchlight. Searchlight is centered around providing a clear insight into enterprise level SEO workflow management, tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis of Natural Search – the #1 form of targeted web traffic.
You will be working closely with the senior management across the company and serve as an integral part of the sales organization and the company’s overall growth. Success at Conductor comes from someone who is naturally energetic, entrepreneurial, effective, humble and who simply hates to lose. The SaaS Sales Rep will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating a specific quarterly and annual revenue quota.
We invest tremendously in our sales force and continuously provide the team with proper support and planning to ensure success. From SEO education, to outside strategic sales training, explosive growth in marketing budgets and strategic partnerships with market leaders like Adobe Omniture, we are consistently arming our people with the resources and opportunities to get better and best represent Conductor as we continue our charge as the Leader in SEO Technology.
4+ years proven sales experience in software sales or services.
Experience selling high end software solutions into software, media services, and high-tech, firms a plus, as is experience with enterprise divisional accounts.
Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
Proven track record of penetrating and expanding large corporate accounts.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals.
Experienced in selling both applications and services.
Experience in selling in a competitive environment.
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
Strong executive-level/decision-maker contacts in Enterprise and Mid-Market marketing organizations is a plus.
BA/BS degree at a minimum.
