We have an opportunity in our Project and Account Management team for an experienced Technical lead to be the technical expert on system implementations, conversions and upgrades assigned. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring and execution of assigned project tasks.

DUTIES

Your success will be measured through:
1) Timely and successful completion of each project task;
2) High level of customer satisfaction; and
3) The fulfillment of company goals and objectives set for each assigned project.

This position will travel to customer sites to provide onsite support during implementations/conversions/upgrades. As a Technical Lead you will partner with customers on reported problems, operational issues, questions and requests for product improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you possess 4 years or more experience in Infrastructure Project Management or casino technical support, this role is a fit!

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate technical experience in casino management systems, networking, databases, computer operations, hardware and software troubleshooting.

A Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Systems or Engineering is preferred.
