Siebel Configuration Developer

will assist in effots to configuration tools, rules based engine development, scripting, and web template modification as well as configure, build, and component test the application or technical architecture components and develop common test data for component testing.

Configure and customize Siebel business components, business objects and other objects to meet application design and functional requirements

Configure and build Siebel workflows to meet application design and functional requirements

Translate application design into build components

Work with other developers to define application solutions to meet design and functional requirements

Conduct proof of concept builds to help clients make application decisions

Conduct unit testing of all built components

Peer review of build components developed by other team members

Support assembly and product testing

Manage and supervise the build tasks of junior resources


Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience building Siebel applications or similar CRM development work

Minimum 2 years of experience working with client business owners to validate requirements and designs

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Siebel 8.X

Experience with Siebel Case Management (specifically Investigative Case Management)

Experience working in a dynamic client environment with multiple business and IT teams and a blended design team (e.g., client and sub-contractors included)

Experience in the Public Service/Government Industry

Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
