The ideal candidate will:
Be highly detail oriented.
Not looking for an 8-5 job. We are seeking someone who wants to build a career.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent communication skills.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily recruitment and marketing activities
Answer phones
Source candidates through phone and internet for various positions
Research open positions to find the best possible candidates
Find and interview candidates for administrative positions
Network with job-seekers through networking events, LinkedIn and other various outlets
Sourcing sales leads.
Assist with special projects when needed
Requirements:
Great Attitude!
Prior professional office experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED!
Energetic and VERY team-oriented
Some College or working towards a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Comfort in working in a fast paced environment. Must be flexible and adaptable
Willing to learn and take direction
Strong adaptability to new computer programs
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
MS Office Suite experience - proficient skills are a must.
