LBA Hospitality, a growing and award-winning hotel management and development company is looking for a regional revenue manager who shares our values of exceptional service and financial success. We are seeking an energetic, results-driven hospitality professional who enjoys inventory management and analytical processes.
The Regional Revenue Manager will be responsible for the daily revenue management of 10-12 hotels with the goal being to ensure that the hotels are obtaining the highest possible REVPAR, ADR and occupancy percentages possible through effective yield management practices.
Possess excellent knowledge of rate and inventory controls in both Hilton and Marriott revenue management systems.
Develop and implement strategies that will maintain and increase RevPAR in each hotel.
Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure revenue generation and increase market share.
Work closely with operations team to ensure strategies are implemented at the property level.
Success is determined through achievement of revenue goals and improvement in our market share performance as compared to that of our defined competitors.
Analysis of reports and available information to make long-term pricing recommendations
Utilizing systems and tools to ensure revenue and profit are maximized.
Assist with forecasting and annual budget preparation.
Train and mentor hotel staff to ensure understanding of revenue generation principles. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a revenue manager.
Preferred experience in Hilton and Marriott systems.
Excellent knowledge of revenue management concepts, tactics and processes.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on analysis.
Possess strong deductive reasoning.
Attention to detail and follow through to conclusion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work in a fast paced, multi task environment.
Able to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
