EchoStar is looking for a Benefits Administrator that is responsible for the administration and communication of company benefits, wellness programs, and reporting for approximately 2000 domestic employees. This candidate must have a passion for communicating and educating all employees on new benefits and/or plan changes. This individual must also provide excellent customer service and resources to our employees.

Essential Duties:
Work close with our corporate benefits office to ensure smooth processes;

Work with vendors when necessary to trouble shoot claims issues;

Respond and address Employee Benefits questions and issues (Including 401(k) and Stock Purchase Plan)

Responsible for COBRA and FMLA administration;

Coordinating closely with Payroll, Workers Comp, and Accounting Departments regarding employee benefits deductions and costs; and

Assist with other Benefits/HR projects that will be assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of professional benefits experience;

Proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel);

Must be able to work in fast paced team environment with exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;

Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;

Exceptional Customer Service skills;

Strong analytical competencies; and

Exceptional problem solving skills.
