Job Description

The Investor Business Solutions team objective is to provide Investors with viable mortgage servicing solutions to align with our business strategies and operational Goals.

Demand Management

  • Eliminating and/or mitigating monetary losses associated with Investor initiated Repurchase demands, Compensatory penalties, and Make Whole transactions.
Improve the current Repurchase Demand success rate of 21%

Develop strategies to eliminate repurchases

Provide Servicing organization with awareness of impact servicing errors have on bottom line

Ensure operational processes and controls are in place and compliance to investor guidelines become part of core competency

Work with Investors to streamline the Demand/Inquiry channels

Penalty Fee Management


  • Penalty Fee Assessments (PFA)
o PFA - Order attorney chronology, gather all pertinent system notes, review file history, account for events within the foreclosure process and update the IBS database.

o Non-Performing Loan Fee (NPL) -

Loan File Request

  • Provide loan servicing file documents for two functions: Audit Support and Asset Litigation.
  • Audit Support File Request:
o Requests authorized by Audit Relations for pending and/or active external audit/examination(s).

o Required documentation includes "readily available" specific loan servicing documentation as requested by the auditors/examiners.

  • Asset Litigation File Request:
o Authorized by Chase Legal for pending and/or active litigation

o Required documentation includes all "available" loan servicing documentation to provide a complete "virtual access file".


5 years experience in mortgage banking

3-5 years of training and curriculum mapping experience

Presentation skills (in front of Large and small groups)

Experience in developing reports

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Strong PC skills required (Microsoft Office products and database software)

Ability to work with all levels management and staff
