Description
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking an Operations Management Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Arlington, VA.
Where Technology and Teamwork come together... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Cyber Solutions division supporting cutting edge customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Cyber Security experts responsible for supporting efforts to improve national Cyber Security.
• Recommend best practices for innovation in Cyber Security support for our customer.
• Provide strategic planning and communications for a large scale environment..
• Provide operational analysis to identify best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• 15 years of progressive experience providing leadership in a cyber security environment.
• TS/SCI with DHS Suitability clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Management of contracts over $40 million.
This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
