As the state's only specialty hospital, Kapi’olani is recognized as Hawai’i's leader in the care of women and children. As the major teaching hospital for the state’s OB/GYN program, Kapi’olani has a highly trained team of physician specialists, nurses, technologists and therapists that share a special understanding of women's needs.

The Appointment Specialist coordinates the scheduling of ultrasound outpatient procedures and physician office visits in the Fetal Diagnostic Clinic. Assists with departmental functions as requested.

Minimum Qualifications: High School or equivalent. One year scheduling experience in an outpatient or healthcare related setting.
