The MENTOR Network is seeking a Human Resources Manager to manage and participate in planning, developing, recommending and implementing HR initiatives, programs and activities that support a state or business unit's goals/objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources required
  • Minimum of five years experience in Human Resources field
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
  • PHR Certification preferred
  • Labor Relations experience necessary
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
