Responsible for providing operational support within SEG. Duties may include account reconcilement, balancing, and posting, production of reports, and other account processing activities. Provides client support and problem resolution via telephone. Responsible for compliance adherence for quality assurance. Ensures that quality goals are met.

Handles moderately complex duties involving client transactions and problem resolution. Able to work independently with little supervision.


Basic Requirements:
5+ years experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office desktop applications (particularly Excel)
