Benefits Configuration Analysts work under general supervision to analyze client requests for new benefit set up or benefit changes to determine the most appropriate solution. They implement the solution identified and/or facilitate implementation of the solution according to established procedures, timeframes, and knowledge of industry standard service and diagnosis codes and CMS government regulations. They validate and test solutions and facilitate client acceptance testing. Benefits Configuration Analysts maintain client-specific benefit and procedure documentation. They research and resolve benefit-related client issues. They maintain ongoing, positive relationships with clients. |
High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year directly-related experience; 2 years healthcare-related experience.
