Sigue Corp. Money Transfer Services is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team in the Northern CA or Southern CA. This role will acquire new money transfer services relationships with mid-market businesses using a consultative selling approach through referrals from Sigue Corporation client managers as well as prospecting external sources such as association relationships, centers of influence and vendor relationships among others. This position will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline for new revenue growth, leveraging the full suite of payments products as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts and key partners to identify/solicit new revenue growth opportunities. This position provides a competitive salary with an aggressive compensation plan – top performers can earn total compensation in the six figures within the first year. Sales: Generate leads, call on prospects, book appointments, evaluate market opportunities and work with territory sales teams to drive new business signings that will provide volume growth to designated corridors. Maintain contact, company, opportunities, and history for all business outreach, retention-expansion, and recruitment opportunities in database. Review, update, and report on opportunities and market issues on regular basis for Corridor channels and partners.
Business Development: Manage new and existing agent relationships. Grow same store sales and ramp up new agents to desired volumes. Plan and manage corridor and grassroots marketing strategies in conjunction with Area Managers and Marketing managers. Drive volume growth within assigned geography and increase brand awareness across the Americas for designated corridors.
Keep informed of market trends market area and be a subject expert in corridor.
Job Responsibilities :
BA/BS degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience required .
3-5+ years experience in a field sales role, selling and servicing retail customers (business banking, money transfer services, business acquisition, B2B, consultative sales, convenience, pharmacy sales, check cashers) Demonstrated expertise in independently planning, managing and executing sales strategies required .
Knowledge and appreciation of Asian culture needed
Bilingual English /Tagalog required.
A self-starter, with excellent time management and organizational skill.
Proven negotiation and sales closing experience. Consultative selling/marketing expertise and relationship management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as demonstrated presentation abilities .
Ability to drive change. Contribute new ideas to stimulate process changes and question why we do things the current way.
Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office .
Ability to work well independently in a team environment. Ability to work with all levels within the organization .
Must reside in geographic territory required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Overnight travel required over 50%
