Transamerica's Individual Savings & Retirement (IS&R) engages in the creation, distribution and servicing of mutual funds and variable and fixed annuities. These innovative solutions help consumers address their accumulation, protection and retirement income needs. Our products are distributed through banks, wirehouses, broker/dealers and institutional clients. IS&R is located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Denver, Colorado; and St. Petersburg, Florida.
Assist Transamerica Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) by conducting the scheduling work of their business. A scheduler will attain RVP satisfaction by productively managing their time, producing and maintaining the integrity of the RVPs calendar and data, and demonstrating a desire to learn by pursuing a growing knowledge of scheduling and the industry.
Establish and maintain ongoing relationship with Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) with a common goal of increasing company's share of mutual funds, annuity, and insurance marketplace as well as visibility of Transamerica's products through proactive calling.
Responsible for making business phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar integrity, managing and organizing contact data and performing miscellaneous tasks.
Daily contact with RVPs to discuss calendar
Demonstrate a proactive, lead approach to scheduling resulting in quantity and quality meetings.
Send and receive information over business computer via electronic mail and company network.
Demonstrate an attention to detail regarding the scheduling work, particularly in the areas of communication with RVPs and advisors, data entry and note documentation in CRM and Microsoft Office environment.
Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs.
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
