Position Responsibilities

The Field Channel Manager (FCM) is responsible for translating Verizon's Strategy & Solutions Roadmap into programs and campaigns that increase sales and improve revenue. The targeted activity includes both a horizontal and a vertical focused on all activities in the sector. The FCM is aligned with Sales Leadership for both the internal launch of sales activities and enablement, as well as, the external launch of customer facing events and other market awareness activities to drive lead generation of strategic advanced services in the sector. Execute on Marketing Plans.

The FCM will develop, plan and execute on marketing programs and campaigns that are directly tied to meeting the sales and revenue objectives.
Provide sales communications around targeted campaigns for demand generation that include Sales Enablement strategies and Customer facing events.
Participate in Stakeholder review for all Strategic Advanced Solution launches; Provide feedback from the field on their needs and priorities for additional support, marketing assets and tools.
Support marketing launches for the field and conduct additional reinforcement activities to deliver measurable results.
The FCM will coordinate regional seminars with targeted customers .
Design and Drive Customer Webinars in support of specific campaigns
Design and Drive CxO Events that directly or indirectly support specific campaigns or larger strategic initiatives
Work with Segmentation team to identify key target customers for attendance
Collaborate with Sales to invite customers to the forums
Work with Launch Management to ensure that Global Sales communications are translated to Field Delivery activities for reinforcement
Customer Analytics

o Measurement and analysis of marketing campaigns. Activities will include customer/contact/campaign analytics and correlation to lead generation and funnel changes.

Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing Analytics

o Confirm the lead scoring metrics tied to lead nurturing and sales disposition.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of marketing or sales management experience
Must have experience with targeted customer marketing campaigns
Must have experience with event planning and logistics
Must be highly organized and adept with systems and Microsoft office
