Perform a variety of advanced secretarial and administrative duties.
Additional Position Summary Details:
Duties include, answering telephone, making copies, producing and distributing daily enrollment comparison reports; assisting with registration; processing reinstatements, appeals and withdrawals; assisting with grade collection and processing; setting up, maintaining and archiving files; supervising students in absence of Section Supervisor; coordinating correspondence to faculty for Special Problem Course Titles; imaging and indexing documents in ApplicationXtender; processing name, address changes and monitoring changes in Banner; assisting DP Assistant Registrar with setting Accel advisement appointments, submitting Accel Program Applications and numeric grades to high schools; registering EGCS transient students and monitoring course schedules; monitoring and updating the online calendars; assisting with College Prep Curriculum student notifications and registrations; processing memos and Academic History corrections; assisting with SOAR and commencement ceremonies.

Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; three or more months of post-secondary education (additional experience may be substituted for some of the education requirement)
Minimum Experience Required:
Three or more years of secretarial experience (working half-time or more)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
