As an RF/Microwave Engineer you will be responsible for the design, development and testing of 1 to 60 GHz MMICs and multi-chip modules for existing products and advanced new product development programs. Your design work will include power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters and IC packages in addition to MMIC design work on state of the art GaAs, GaN and SiGe foundry processes. You will be trained in MMIC and module design and work on a collaborative team of electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and test engineers to ensure successful product development and transfer to production. Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience or coursework in MMIC, amplifier, filter, mixer or oscillator design, and module or IC packaging design
General knowledge of system design
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience on Agilent ADS
Experience with HFSS, IE3D, Sonnet or other electromagnetic simulators
