Duration: 1 year Description:- Performs the more complex and specialized mechanicaland/or electrical tests on product components or series of components.- Develops special purpose instrumentation and/or shopor laboratory test equipment.- Maintains records on work performed, analyzes datacollected and reports results.- Recommends revisions to product or component design.- Maintains good housekeeping, safety practices andsupplies.- Coordinates and exchanges findings with engineeringpersonnel outside work group on an occasional basis.Job Responsibilities not reflected in the standardclassification description:- The candidate will be trained to run a enginedynamometer, powertrain dynamometer and or to build the test pallet that isinstalled into the test cell. - Candidate will need a physical examination for somerequired safety training requirements for specific job roles.- Work Site Description: Dynamometer Test lab andPallet Build.
