The Role:
Our Solutions Experts are critical in giving each customer an extraordinary experience. This role is for someone who enjoys customer service, face-to-face interaction, technology and problem solving.

Major Responsibilities:
Preparing our stores for open and close each day
Adhere to the sales process checklist with every customer interaction
Sales: generating small business leads, completing the sales cycle
Aim for daily, weekly & monthly sales goals based on location
Keep current on wireless technology (trade journals, in-house training and company sponsored events)

Required Competencies:
Ability to multi-task and to set priorities to insure critical tasks get done
Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Maintain a high level of confidentiality Position Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
