The Associate Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Logistics Coordinator by shipping and receiving, inventory management, staging of materials, site delivery coordination, and reporting on inventory transactions. The Associate Logistics Coordinator works to ensure logistics standards are met and that requirements for health, safety, and quality are maintained at the highest levels throughout the project life-cycle.
As a minimum, the Associate Logistics Coordinator must possess and demonstrate:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Excel, Access).
Knowledge of logistics management principles.
Strong understanding of warehouse set-up and operation procedures.
Good leadership skills required to train and transfer knowledge to lesser experienced resources
