The Business Development Intern is responsible for assisting the Affiliate team through partner customer service, new and existing day-to-day partner implementations, reporting, compliance and troubleshooting.
You will help the Business Development/Affiliate Marketing team achieve their goals by:
Managing new partner implementations.
Identifying 5 affiliates per month and making recommendations and implementing solutions to reduce their return rate by 5 percentage points each month.
Within 48 hours of receiving quality complaints, notifying affiliate and handle to resolution including removing poor quality lead from internal systems.
Managing all customer service aspects of lead returns with affiliate.
Leveraging 3rd party software providers to create affiliate landing pages, managing email suppression and unsubscribe lists and managing the creation and assignment of dedicated toll free phone numbers.
Develop a dispute resolution plan and process for Account Managers, Call Center representatives, and Sales representatives to voice quality concerns by 11/1/12.
