Main Job Function: The Strategy and Business Development Intern will report to the President of Aviation Solutions working on special short-term projects related to business growth and operational improvement activities aligned with demonstrated skills and experience. Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business plan development through market research and analysis;

- Indentify and assess future markets, products and services which may be attractive to the business unit by developing potential strategy, roadmaps and financial models;

- Contribute to the evaluation and resolution of strategic issues within the business unit in conjunction with peers by performing analysis of financial, operational and organizational issues and working collaboratively to develop, assess and implementation solutions;

- Support business development activities in relation to strategic pursuits or new products/services;

- Support marketing activities, in particular marketing and communication strategy;

- Support merger and acquisition investigation and integration.

Essential Job Skills and Requirements:

Two or more of the following skills:

Business strategy formulation and implementation;

Market analysis, segmentation and planning;

Communication planning and implementation;

M&A transaction and integration experience;

Business process analysis and design;

Financial modeling and analysis;

Fluent English is mandatory;

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required;

Proven ability to form relationships and exert influence is required;

Creative, innovative and exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial flair.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree in process or completed required; MBA preferred with a Minimum of 2 years technical/business experience
