As Process Engineering Manager, you will work with a talented group of Chemical Engineers where you will leverage your proven skills and experience to oversee economic analysis and technical evaluation for major business and technology opportunities, guide and mentor your team, and oversee performance management, compensation systems, process development and expansion design efforts. To be a good fit for this Process Engineering Manager opportunity you will have: A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years of Chemical Plant experience (preferred) OR a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry and 10 years of Chemical Plant experience. Some supervisory experience. Demonstrated leadership and ‘drive for results’ skills. Operational and technical experience.
Excellent communication, listening, influencing and presentation skills. Previous experience as Business or Team Leader preferred.
