Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
Under the direction of the EEO/AA Executive Consultant, carries out the corporate diversity and Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Programs in compliance with government legislation and organization goals. Assists in the implementation and evaluation of Enterprise equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action program plans. Compiles, submits and disseminates required AAP/EEO statistical reports. Completes government and other reports on a regular and ad hoc basis. Assists in internal audits of corporate practices to identify best practices and possible violations. Recommends improvements in recruitment and employee programs to ensure compliance with EEO goals and regulations. Develops training programs and educates staff about EEO matters. Recognizes and defines opportunities to enhance diversity in the workforce. Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6 years direct, hands-on experience managing Affirmative Action and other Equal Opportunity programs for a corporation or auditing Affirmative Action and other Equal Opportunity programs for a government entity. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including data mining, analysis and interpretation Proficient Microsoft suite skills; specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with HRIS, specifically writing and running queries. Candidate must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as with a team Must demonstrate an ability to operate with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and make sound decisions based on thorough and accurate data review Evidence of successful management and completion of multiple projects engaged in simultaneously Preferred Qualifications:
