Greets guests’ with-in 10 feet of arriving at Front Desk using proper greeting, eye contact and a smile. Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner (within 3 rings). Use approved greeting and guest name. Use approved script for greeting and closure on all guest interactions. Must have friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Processes reservations for check-in and check-out for all transient, internet, casino, government, and group guest efficiently in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure high standards are maintain and compliance with all IP policy and procedures. Apply P.O.W.E.R. Achiever standards for the department.
