We currently have two openings for a Co-location Process Manager to join our team. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of the co-location process from the initial application through signed agreement, preserving timeline commitments to customers. Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interpersonal relations, including those with external clients, vendors, and internal clients to ensure smooth co-location process. Work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines. Possess strong problem solving skills and be solution oriented. Log and track all milestone and data into internal databases and electronic file locations. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

The essential functions of the Co-location Process Manager position are as follows:

  • Point of contact regarding co-location on tower assets
  • Provide guidance and communicate requirements to customers submitting co-location applications
  • Assemble and retain documentation related to process co-location applications
  • Coordinate efforts of client personnel and/or contractors in the review on co-location activities
The desired candidate will have the following qualifications:
o Knowledge of wireless systems, construction methods, equipment and materials
o Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
o Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment.
o Highly organized, deadline driven, detail oriented, problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.
o High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in managing the work flow.
o Professional demeanor and passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as internal and external clients (corporate executives) as well as internal staff and management.
o Resourceful at problem solving, making sound decisions and using good judgment.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Explorer).
o Ensure confidential and sensitive information is always managed in a professional and confidential manner.
o Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
o Wireless industry experience required.
o Knowledge of real estate leases.
o College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
