This is career defining opportunity for a successful account / sales person who has consistently exceeded their goals managing sr. level relationships with some of the largest publishers in the digital media industry, reporting directly to the CRO. Location: New York City // San Francisco
Compensation: competitive salary, commissions, benefits and stock options
Develop and maintain overall sr executive (C-level and VP-level) relationship with premium publishers
Align Yieldex solutions with client challenges and goals to maximize clientÃs success
Drive 'share of wallet' strategy and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities, domestic / global
Partner with Client Services team to help drive adoption of new product features and enhancements
Develop and drive as lead for in-person client reviews, meetings, major account reviews and annual renewal process
Internal Responsibilities and Desired Skill-set:
Help to establish and promote best practices and processes to ensure the client support and communication is strong
Liaise with internal teams including client services, product management, engineering, sales, and legal to manage all aspects of publisher business
Candidate should have a deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, ad operations, yield optimization platforms, 3rd party ad serving tools, and analytics.
At least 4 years hands-on direct sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of individual, above-quota enterprise software & services sales performance. Demonstrated ability to understand business issues, apply solutions to solve the issues and define the resulting value proposition.
Ethical team player motivated not just by landing the sale, but by high customer satisfaction throughout the relationship
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical and business issues clearly.
