The Cage Shift Supervisor will provide excellent internal and external guest service.
Coordinates and supervises the controls and procedures of the Cage Cashiers; to include the securing of company funds and accountability of all monies and routing of paperwork.
Responsible for scheduling of team members in the cage, and ensuring coverage levels are adequate to provide excellent customer service.
Approve customer credit within prescribed limits.
Resolves customer complaints regarding cage matters, and works with other casino departments to facilitate resolution on team member issues.
Responsible for enforcement of gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
Performs functions of main banker or cage cashier when needed

Must be computer literate.
Ability to perform assigned duties in highly interruptive conditions and under constant pressure.
Must be able to compute mathematical totals quickly and accurately.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming Commission License.
