Job Description:
Our Technology and Management Solutions group is growing and we are looking for an Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Planning Specialists. This EA Specialist will provide Enterprise Architecture and planning support to a federal client.

In this role you will assist with developing planning products, providing analysis, developing recommendations, and assisting the client with its integrated planning and reporting responsibilities. This position is at the client site in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop EA products in support of planning, budgeting, and systems engineering

Establish, as required, a repository in which to manage architecture products, research findings, reports, and other associated deliverables

Support Business Enterprise Architecture reporting requirements by collecting, formatting, and processing management information

Conduct detailed research and analysis

Provide consultative expertise in the areas of planning, budget, and systems engineering

Provide integration, cost, scope, risk, communication management support for government program management

Basic :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

5+ years of demonstrated enterprise architecture experience

1+ year of experience requiring knowledge of federal budget and reporting requirements

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Project Management Professional certification

Enterprise Architecture certification

Understanding of life cycle contracts administration with a focus on technology

Ability to read and interpret procurement policy, regulations, and directives

Ability to intuitively gauge a project's scope and the team's ability to execute well

Professional Skills:
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results

Solutions orientated, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Experience using modeling tools, such as IBM Rational System Architect
