Campus Recruiting Manager, Talent Management

Campus Recruiting Manager

is responsible for recruiting qualified university graduates to fill entry-level and intern positions, as well as for maintaining the firm's brand and image on the university campus. The position is accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with university placement offices, faculty, and coordinating recruiting activities and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with target candidates and business partners, including all levels of employees/partners, university officials, clubs and organizations, faculty members, department heads

Coordinate, attend, and facilitate all logistics associated with hosting university activities on campus, including scheduling interviews, arranging information sessions, networking activities, and presentations with key clubs and organizations.

Partner with alumni school team leads in determining university recruiting strategy at assigned school(s) and execute

Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process

Post job descriptions and source target university graduates to fill entry level and intern positions

Screen, select, and interview candidates on campus, extend offer package and handle decline conversations; follow up on offers and close hires

Solicit feedback on matters pertaining to university recruiting from employees and students

Manage all written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process; serve as single point of contact for all candidate questions

Own and manage candidate files, including maintenance of internal databases to ensure comprehensive data collection of all candidates

Own and manage weekly tracking reports and provide analysis and insight of trends (school specific data). Own the integrity of data in regards to accuracy

Coordinate recruiting for all candidates that apply directly through CEB’s website

Train and manage interviewer and employee involvement throughout the campus interview process and their participation during networking events

Plan and execute office interview days, including coordination of all networking events, office interviews, and presentations

Assist with preparing and on-boarding new campus hires by sending on-boarding communication and paperwork, preparing welcome packets, and assisting with team placements

Participate in managing the undergrad internship program, including, coordinating training and networking events across the summer and being a go-to resource across the summer

Assist with special projects and events on an ad hoc basis


Minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting, university relations, event planning, or university recruiting

Experience in development of talent pool attraction strategies and other human capital strategies, specifically targeting the college market

Experience planning logistics and managing events

Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

Superior time management and task-juggling skills

Proactive approach to problem solving

Ability to travel 40 – 70% of time during specific times (fall and spring) of the year
