The Colibrium Partners Dynamics CRM Business Analyst (BA) is the primary source of MS Dynamics CRM product knowledge and health insurance subject matter expertise during implementations and consulting service engagements. The overall solution may include MS Dynamics CRM combined with Tuo or as a separate project. Directing the development of functional project artifacts, the BA is the primary point of communication between our project team and client business subject matter experts. The BA works closely with client resources and our technical team to communicate details of configuration and resolve product customization designs. The BA also leads the testing effort. When delivering consulting services, the BA is primarily responsible for conducting interviews with business partners, performing research and analysis on the specific consulting problem and producing the conclusion or recommendation deliverables.
Develop and maintain a detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Tuo software application as well as relevant client business processes.
Plan and facilitate required internal and external project meetings as directed by project scope
Create use cases, user stories, or other models as appropriate to describe and document client business scenarios
Match client business requirements to Dynamics CRM/Tuo product capabilities in order to derive configuration and customization strategies
Author and maintain Dynamics CRM/Tuo Configuration and Customization guides
Create and maintain project work plans using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Team Foundation System (TFS)
Conceptualize and design a best-practice solution that leverages product and industry knowledge as directed by client requirements
Implement Dynamics CRM front end and workflow configurations as directed by client requirements
Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated Tuo test scripts
Perform industry and research to support client engagements and product development initiatives
Interview and interact with clients to develop situational observations and interpretations
Perform critical analysis of client business situations to develop recommendations and conclusions
Manage defect triage and management activities during internal and external testing events
Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US. We are unable to sponsor H1b candidates.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with all phases of the SDLC process and preferably in a consulting environment
1+ year of MS Dynamics CRM experience with at least 50% of your time devoted to non-production support MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects
Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, User interface Design, Test Strategy, Test Case) and strong SDLC experience.
Experience with business analysis artifacts (Prioritization Matrix, ROI Model, etc.)
Extremely proficient with MS Dynamics CRM font end and workflow configuration processes
Functional understanding of MS Dynamics CRM integration methods (Web services, BizTalk, etc.)
Excellent communication skills to effectively consult and make solution recommendations
Ability to employ critical analysis and logical problem solving techniques and task estimation methods
Willingness to travel up to 50% if located in Atlanta and up to 75% if located in Bellevue
Preferred skills include a graduate degree, health insurance industry experience, consulting experience, data modeling/database design skills, QA experience and a background in software development/design/architecture.
