PURPOSE OF JOB:
To ensure timely processing and filling of all supply requests.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order office supplies, handle exchanges and returns for Hoffman Estates and Florida offices

Order business cards, nameplates, stamps and locker keys

Monitor monthly components in New Hire Packets

Set up signage sku's and process GPR's

Process all invoices and send accruals to Florida

Enter fixture orders into the Internet, match and file

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong organization and problem solving skill

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong data entry skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Must be able to lift 20 lbs
